Daily scan

SiteLock displays every aspect of your web presence daily to identify security breaches. Not only does it check your website, email and apps, but it also searches engine blacklists and spam filters.

Website files

SiteLock uses FTP scanners from outside in and inside out to display all your files daily and identify security flaws or malware injections. It not only identifies threats but also fixes them immediately before they can damage your web presence.

Emails

SiteLock will check if your website or servers are sending or referencing spam messages. If you have been caught by spam filters, many email programs will ignore emails sent from your site, meaning you won’t be able to reach your customers.

Changes to files

SQL Injections (SQL-I)

Hackers can gain access to your database and steal customer information, including email addresses, passwords, credit card data, etc. by inserting SQL commands into input forms on your website and codes you did not intend to insert.

Remote File Includes (RFI)

Attackers upload custom code or malicious file to a website or server via a script. The vulnerability exploits poor validation controls on websites and over time can cause unwanted code execution on the server or website.

Cross-Site Scripting (XSS)

XSS vulnerabilities occur due to incorrect validation. Attackers leverage common scripts like JavaScript and HTML and run code in the victim’s browser that can hijack user sessions, destroy sites, or redirect the user to malicious sites.

Broken Authentication and Session Management

Often, authentication and session management functions in applications are not implemented correctly, allowing hackers to steal passwords, keys, tokens, or exploit other implementation flaws to assume the identity of users.

Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF)

This attack forces the victim’s web browser to send forged HTTP requests, including session cookies and other authentication information, to a vulnerable web application. This would allow attackers to force the victim’s browser to make requests that deceive the application into believing they are legitimate.

Invalid Redirects and Destinations.

Due to incorrect validation, websites often redirect users to other pages using unreliable data to determine the destination. This allows attackers to redirect victims to phishing or malware sites, or to unauthorized pages.
