Our price is based on the total contracted space, however, each device to be included in the backup space has a cost of 3.00 €/device/month + VAT for the licensing of the installed management software. This software will allow you to fully self-manage everything you want to back up and restore without requiring the assistance of any technician and with the freedom to restore any document at the moment you need it.
**Application-Aware Writer
Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS) or Volume Snapshot Service is a technology to capture a consistent snapshot of a disk volume at a specific point in time. A VSS Writer is an additional software plugin that detects when this action takes place and ensures that specific application files are in a safe state on disk. The Application-Aware Writer feature of ControlBackup from Aclass allows you to invoke a single VSS writer service, or a subcomponent of a single VSS writer, and backup only the files that it was protecting.
This service is also important for third-party application integration. If your third-party application includes a VSS writer, you can use this type of protected item to backup with ControlBackup from Aclass.
